On 24 April 2025, Mozambique approved Resolution No. 16/2025 of 12 May, the National Development Strategy 2025-2044 (hereinafter referred to as ‘ENDE’), which came into force on the date of its publication.
ENDE aims to outline how Mozambique's economic, technological, social and environmental future will be shaped, based on harnessing internal potential, structural transformation of the economy, promoting social inclusion and progress, and environmental sustainability.
